They only have so many tools to work with and they jumped from verbal command to electrocution. That's bullshit. It can't be justified. She wasn't resisting arrest with physical force, she was passively refusing to sign something she believed to be an admission of guilt. She was not a threat to the officers. As someone else suggested, they even talked about where they were going to tase her. Jumping from verbal commands to tasing is a ridiculous and unnecessary escalation of force even if she wasn't pregnant. Add in the fact that they knew she was pregnant and it is just completely disgusting. You're trying to say the tasing may have been justified and that's absolutely ridiculous.

And whether a venue is public or private pertains to access, not ownership. A restaurant or a bar is a public venue, even if owned by a single proprietor.

Fragmentation is a serious problem for Android developers (like me), but the number of available devices has nothing to do with it.

There are way more Windows devices out there than there are Android devices, but Windows development is dead simple and you don't generally have to worry about the nearly infinite combinations of hardware available. Android doesn't give you the system support or the robust tools that are necessary to easily account for all the variation seen in the platform. There are tools, yes, but they're not quite good enough to make it easy.

True but it is easy to post and share photos on FB. I only visit flickr for photos if I can't find what I want from gis. The only reason I have a flickr account is for a digital photography class I took in 2004. If I really care about the quality of where I am posting photos, I just link to my picasa account.
