Here's the wireless USB PC dongle and hub. Works pretty easily, just plug your existing USB devices into this and it will communicate to a USB dongle plugged into your PC. It's able to transfer at 480MBps and can operate upwards of 30 feet away from the PC. Wireless USB vibrator, anyone?
