Mac Clone Maker Psystar Examined: Who Are They And Why Are They So Shady?

The Guardian did a little research on this Psystar, the company that vows to continue selling their generic Mac OS X clones even if Apple decides to sue them. Turns out that not only has the Miami Chamber of Commerce and BBB never heard of them, there's essentially no trace of them on the internet at all. As if that wasn't enough to make Psystar seem more than a little questionable, their address on the contact page changed completely now and earlier today from a residential address to a business one. Top 10 Weirdest MP3 Players

The editors over at Techeblog have compiled a list of 10 of the strangest MP3 players. Topping the list is a Pez MP3 player and a Teddy Bear MP3 player brings around the rear. Some of the other highlighted MP3 players include a brain-wave emitting, scratch-n-sniff and toilet based MP3 players. Fashion From Another Planet

Leave it to the brainiac graduate students at the MIT Media Lab to come up with fashions that blend techno-geekiness with other-planet surrealism. Putting together an event called Seamless: Computational Couture, the wigged-out designistas took the meaning of the term wtf to an entirely new level. The curators described the event as a showcase for innovative and experimental works in computational apparel design, interactive clothing, and technology-based fashion. Here s Heartbeat Hoodie, which probably doesn t look as good on a woman without particularly large breasts, but it takes pictures as its wearer s heart rate increases, in what s called a form of involuntary blogging.
